Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI)
Masscash acknowledges the promulgation of the Protection of Personal Information Act, No 4 of 2013 and undertakes to, within the legally prescribed time frame, be fully compliant with all statutory obligations contained in POPI which relates to the processing of personal information obtained and in the instance that such personal information is entered into any form of record. Masscash has commenced with the necessary internal processes and procedures in order to ensure that it shall strictly adhere to all aspects of POPI within the legally prescribed time period.
